It was a pleasure working with Mike from MGM to get mini-splits installed. He took the time to explain the options I had, costs, and rebates. He brought a diagram along to illustrate the size the units would be which helped greatly to visualize them in the space. He worked to hide the cabling needed in my closets so that I had a clean finished look.

MGM Mechanical installed a mini split system for me two years ago. They recently serviced the indoor head units. The employees are always very professional and friendly. My outside A/C unit died on Monday evening and I texted MGM and received a prompt response about it.  I explained the issue and Mike was fairly sure he knew what the issue was. He said he had a technician in my area Tuesday morning and they be there first thing in the morning.  The technician arrived first thing Tuesday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem to me and was able to fix the issue immediately.  He went further and to make sure nothing else was wrong. Couldn’t be happier with the service, MGM mechanical is an excellent company with second to none employees.
